מועצת זכויות האדם של האו"ם פרסמה היום (רביעי) "רשימה שחורה" של עסקים הקשורים להתיישבות ביהודה ושומרון. בהצהרה נכללים 112 עסקים שיש "יסוד סביר שהם בעלי קשר להתנחלויות ישראליות" ועל כן מפרים את החוק הבינלאומי. הרשימה כוללת 94 עסקים בישראל ו-18 עסקים בשש מדינות אחרות. ברשימה נכללו רשת המרכולים של "רמי לוי", בנק הפועלים ורשת Air bnb. שר החוץ הפלשתיני ריאד אל-מאליכי, אמר כי מדובר ב"ניצחון לחוק הבינלאומי".
בעקבות פרסום הרשימה, מסרה אן הרצברג, היועצת המשפטית של מכון המחקר NGO Monitor: "משרד הנציב העליון לזכויות אדם של האו"ם (OHCHR) החליט היום רשמית ליישם החלטה אנטישמית ולפרסם רשימה שחורה של חברות שלטענתה מעורבות כביכול ב'פעילות בהתנחלויות'. אין כל פגם בפעילות העסקית של חברות אלו ואף רבות מהן מספקות סחורות ושירותים לפלשתינים, בהתאם להסכמי אוסלו.
"רשימה זו נערכה בשילוב עם ארגונים לא-ממשלתיים הפעילים בקמפיין ה-BDS, כולל כמה ארגונים בעלי קשרים לארגון הטרור החזית העממית לשחרור פלסטין. כל המדינות בהן פוגע OHCHR, ובמיוחד ישראל וארצות הברית, צריכות לבחון מחדש את מערכות היחסים שלהן עם משרד הנציב העליון, כולל ביטול כל שיתוף פעולה עימו, וכן ביטול העברת התקציבים הניתנים לו בכל שנה על ידי מדינות אלו. על החברות המסומנות לבחון נקיטת צעדים משפטיים נגד פקידי האו"ם, שהכינו את הרשימה וכנגד אלה שיפיצו את טענותיה השקריות", נמסר.
"האו"ם פרסם היום את הסלקציה היהודית שלו", אמר שי אלון, ראש מועצת בית אל וחבר הנהלת מועצת יש"ע, בתגובה לפרסום הרשימה. "בדיוק כמו במלחמת העולם השנייה. זו בושה וחרפה, אות קלון לארגון שכל כולו פרו פלשתיני, שמצד אחד עוצם עין ולא נוקף אצבע בכל הנוגע לרצח העם בסוריה ולרצח נשים בסעודיה ומצד שני, פוגע במרקם החיים העדין כאן בישראל. הראשונים להיפגע מהסלקציה הזו הם הפלשתינים המתפרנסים מעסקים יהודיים כאן ביהודה ושומרון, אם הכלכלה ביו"ש תיפול, מאות אלפי פלשתינים יחזרו הביתה ללא פרנסה".
ראש המועצה האיזורית גוש עציון שלמה נאמן תקף את ההחלטה ואמר כי "לא יעלה על הדעת שבזמן שדנים ב'עסקת המאה' להחלת ריבונות ביהודה ושומרון, האו"ם נוקט צעדים חסרי תקדים נגד ליבה של יהודה ושומרון, בניסיון לעצור את הפריחה והשגשוג, ולפגוע בעסקים שפועלים בתוכנו. בזמן שמדינת ישראל נדרשת לוותר ללא הרף, הצד הערבי עוסק רק בטרור הרצחני וכעת גם מקבל פרס מהאומות המאוחדות. אכן או"מ - שמום".
"יום שחור לזכויות האדם-נציבות זכויות האדם של האו"ם איבדה קשר למציאות", צייץ יו"ר כחול לבן בני גנץ בתגובה להחלטה.
מרשימת ימינה נמסר בתגובה: "רשימות שחורות וספרים לבנים לא ינתקו את עם ישראל מארצו. 'הרשימה השחורה' שפרסם האו''ם מראה את חשיבות החלת הריבונות. שטחי יהודה ושומרון הם נחלת אבותינו ואינם שטח כבוש. הארגון הצבוע בעל הסטנדרטים המיוחדים לישראל, לא ירתיע אותנו ממימוש זכותנו על כל מרחבי ארץ ישראל. 'ימינה' היא המפלגה היחידה שתדאג להביא להחלת הריבונות הישראלית ביהודה ושומרון ותתנגד למדינה ערבית בלב הארץ".
